Terms of Service
○ Full payment after the draft has been approved. Payments are accepted through Paypal, I will require your Email in order to send an invoice.○ I reserve the right to decline anything that I do not feel confident or comfortable in doing.○ All commissions are non-refundable, unless I haven't started on the commission yet.○ If the commission is fan art of a character from a game/anime of the sort, I might sell it at conventions.○ I have the right to stream your order on Twitch or privately unless explicitly requested otherwise.○ Additional costs may apply to heavily detailed models, props, or outfits for Live2D Models.○ If you're canceling the request, please inform me within 48 hours of the acceptance so that a slot will be available for others.○ Commercial type commissions are 2x the base price for privates and small companies and 5x for corporate entities.PROCESS○ Please give me at least 4 days - 2 weeks to finish your order once I get to your slot. You will be kept updated with the progress, or in case there are any issues which may cause the commission to take longer.○ You may require your commission to be worked on immediately and finished on a deadline (rush commission), in which case an extra fee will be applied based on the deadline.○ Only fill in important information. Long paragraphs of the backstory will not give me a clear vision of the piece.○ Revisions are unlimited, but only allowed during the draft phase.○ The full resolution of the image (and the transparent version if applicable) will be sent through email or Discord upon completion.PERMISSION AND COPYRIGHT • USAGE POLICY○ I hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.○ The client/commissioner is not allowed and does not have the right to mint or sell the commission as NFT, nor to use any of my art for AI art training or any AI art use.○ You will only be receiving digital art. No physical goods will be shipped.○ You are not allowed to claim, edit, trace, copy, or modify any finished art I have made without permission.○ You may repost the commission anywhere, but please credit me on Twitter @PrincesslyArden !○ You may use any of my art for social media profile pictures, desktop backgrounds & wallpapers. You may also print at your own leisure as long as it's for non-profit and solely for your own personal enjoyment.○ Clients may commission a third party to animate the emotes as long as credit for the original artwork is given.○ I have the right to post your finished commission on any of my social media sites.○ A smaller resolution of the finished drawing will be posted in my gallery as part of my portfolio.
